  It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff we came into contact with were all extremely helpful and kind. We got in late and our room nice and big. The balcony door was unlocked. Someone had spilt something on the carpet in the middle of the room. We didn't mention it as it was almost midnight. It didn't smell so we figured it was water. As I was getting in bed I found candy wrappers under the bed right at the edge. The bed was a bit hard and the blankets were basically 2 sheets. But we just added a blanket from the closet. All in all, a nice stay. But we did receive a very cheap rate. I would not pay full price for this room.

  I stayed in the "exclusive" Villas. Beautiful place to stay. The service on the other hand was less than poor. The first morning our complimentary breakfast never arrived even after we placed the order on the outside of the door the night before. Then 12 hours later we try using a credit card only to find out it was flagged as FRAUD by our bank. Why..? Because the bar staff, the night before, tried charging it 7 times for online transactions.
  
  Nice huh.... The Manager on duty stated he would get back to us within 24 hours and I'm still waiting on that phone call. The bar staff outside in the villas were very nice I must say. Otherwise I feel like I wasted $1500 on 2 nights stay when I could have paid 1/3 on a standard room.
