  The best selection of beers on the island, from local Texas brews to international specialties, like the Westmalle Tripel, brewed by the Trappist monks in Belgium. Try the "Mission from God burger", all the food here is good, but not quick. Hipster crowd, they have a good trivia/quiz on Wednesday nights.

  Was looking forward to visiting this place mistakenly thinking it was a brew pub. Apparently they "used to" brew their own beer but do not any more. The biggest oversight I think was that they don't even serve Galveston Island Brewing beer here. Even the chain restaurants around there have a tap of GIB. Two IPAs on tap and neither tasted very fresh. Place was dark and bartender seemed bothered by patrons while trying to do his tasks. They're getting equipment to brew again so might check back in a few years.
